Note:
The validity of the management system certificate is limited to a maximum of three years from the date of issuance. Surveillance audits shall be conducted and any identified nonconformities shall be addressed prior to the certificate expiry date.
1st Surveillance Audit
Stage 1
Audit Planning
- The first surveillance audit plan shall be prepared, and the audit date/team shall be communicated to the client.
Stage 2
Audit
- At this stage, the audit shall be carried out in accordance with the predefined audit plan, aiming to assess conformity with the audit criteria (audit standards).
Stage 3
Implementation of Corrective Actions
- Should any nonconformities arise, the client is required to promptly implement the necessary corrective actions.
2nd Surveillance Audit
Stage 4
Stage 2 Audit Planning
- The second surveillance audit plan shall be prepared, and the audit date and audit team shall be communicated to the client.
Stage 5
Stage 2 Audit
- At this stage, the audit shall be carried out in accordance with the predefined audit plan, aiming to assess conformity with the audit criteria.
Stage 6
- Should any nonconformities arise, the client is required to promptly implement the necessary corrective actions.
