Congratulations on the issuance of your certificate. Following the completion of the audit process and certification, you are now authorized, as a certified organization, to use the logo of this certification body (Izad Hoor Aria Co.) in accordance with the applicable requirements. This authorization is subject to full compliance with the provisions outlined in Clauses 1 and 2, as well as the requirements of ISIRI-ISO-IEC 17030 and the NACI guideline (NACI-W01) on the use of certification and accreditation marks.

• • Official stationary items include letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
  • The organizations website and social media channels.
  • Promotional materials including online advertisements, printed ads, and exhibition displays.

1. Regulations for the Use of Izad Hoor Aria Company (IHA Co.) Logo:

• • The IHA Co. logo shall only be used by the certified organization, which must be a legal entity.
  • The logo must be used in accordance with the size, color, and font specifications provided in Table 1.
  • The certified organization may include the granted certificate number alongside the log
  • As indicated in Table 1, the standard to which the certificate was issued must be displayed next to the logo.
  • The certified organization is authorized to use the logo only during the validity period of the certificate and within the defined scope.
  • Use of the logo is limited solely to the organizational unit that has been granted the certificate.
  • Under no circumstances shall the certified organization use the logo in a manner that implies certification of products or services.

2. Prohibition on the Use of (IHA Co.) Logo:

Dear valued client,

To ensure compliance with the relevant standards, the use of IHA Co. logo is not permitted under the:

• • The certified organization shall not use the logo in any manner that may cause confusion, misinterpretation, or loss of public trust.
  • The certified organization shall refrain from using the certification body’s logo in the following situations:
  • Without issuance of a certificate;
  • During suspension or withdrawal of the certificate;
  • Use of the certificate beyond its defined scope;
  • Application of the logo on inspection, testing, and calibration reports of the certified organization;
  • Use on product packaging in a way that the logo cannot be removed without damaging or destroying the product.

3. Monitoring Compliance with the Instructions

IHA Co. shall continuously monitor the certified organization’s activities to ensure compliance with the requirements of this instruction.The following approaches are utilized to ensure such compliance:

• • Random review of catalogs, brochures, and all promotional materials issued by certified organizations;
  • Receiving reports from individuals or legal entities associated with the certified organization;
  • Conducting surveillance audits of the certified organization.

Note:

1. The logo shall be used in accordance with the color specifications outlined in table 1. If necessary, use of logo in black and white is permitted.
2. The size of the logo may be scaled, provided that its proportions, color, and content remain unaltered. However, the logo shall not be reproduced at a height smaller than 10 mm.
